Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees and much more. Every WOD is different so you never get bored! We scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get the maximum workout every time.
Our Olympic Weightlifting class focuses on the skill and technique required in order to clean, jerk and snatch more efficiently. Accessory lifts and drills will help develop the strength and speed to perform these dynamic Oly lifts. If you’re looking to improve any of these movements or simply gain more exposure to them, these are classes you don’t want to miss!
Bring a friend and drop in to our Saturday class. This class is a perfect time to get in a team WOD or, if the class is small enough, we’ll focus on specific skills.
