ELDOA Mobility Class Wednesday
Join Jacob Schoen of SHIFT Sport and Wellness at CrossFit 7oo37 each Wednesday at 7pm for classes designed to improve your body’s mobility, ability to recover, and performance. Bring balance to your training using targeted postural exercises that affect the muscle, fascia, and spine. These exercises will help eliminate pain, improve longevity, and increase your mobility in all foundational CrossFit movements.
