These are the men are women that are going to help you unleash your inner athlete. From kids to seniors, elite athletes to first-timers, our coaches have all the passion and experience to motivate all of our members to push past their breaking point and into their personal success zone.

  • Melissa Jorden

    Co-Founder/ CF Kids Trainer/ Occupational Therapist

    Co-Founder/ CF Kids Trainer/ Occupational Therapist Melissa Jorden loves to see progress big and small in the kids in her CrossFit Kids classes! “I wanted to go through the CrossFit Kids certification because I knew I could use what I learned with my students that I work with in school as an occupational therapist,” she says.

    The thing she loves most about coaching is that, in that moment, everyone is just trying to better themselves. “It’s a beautiful distraction from life’s demands for everyone involved,” she says. “I also believe that it’s a privilege to be in a position to witness the dedication, persistence and work involved that athletes put in day after day to make change happen.”

  • Trent Jorden

    Founder/Trainer

    Founder/Trainer Trent Jorden says “The secret to getting ahead is getting started.” Trent specializes in strength training and programming as a way to improve our community’s health and fitness. His favorite part of being in the gym is interacting with athletes and finding new ways to communicate with them on how to help them express better movement.

  • Kelly Ballay

    Trainer

    Trainer Kelly Ballay says not having a specialty is one thing she loves about CrossFit. It’s that multiple-discipline approach that keeps CrossFit fun and engaging, she says, but that her favorite style has got to be gymnastics.

    Kelly believes movement is the key to longevity and quality of life. She’s always been into fitness: aerobics, kickboxing, step, yoga, and more. “CrossFit is different,” she says. “It’s not just a fad. It’s a way of life and a community that I wanted to become a part of.”

  • Valiant Cuiellette

    Trainer

    Trainer Valiant Cuiellette spent many years searching for a way to change his physique, and CrossFit delivered the solution. Now he wants to share what he’s learned with others as a trainer.

    Valiant believes that nutrition is the foundation of any healthy life. He has lost more than 30lbs. and 4 inches off his waist since starting the Zone six months ago. He loves to help others see massive change in themselves, too. “I love to help our athletes make breakthroughs that positively impact their health and fitness,” he says.

  • Billy H.

    Trainer

    Trainer Billy H. has a background in physical therapy and personal training, giving him valuable insight into anatomy and physiology that helps him break down movement patterns to produce more functional movements for his athletes.

    Billy has played competitive tennis for the last 40 years and was a tennis pro at English Turn for 10. The amazing friendships he’s made at CrossFit 7oo37 and the community here keep him motivated to always get better at his craft. “The best part of being a coach is making the athletes better in their everyday lives, as CrossFit will expose your weaknesses and make them better,” he says.

  • Chris Vignaud

    Trainer

    Trainer Chris Vignaud loves to bring out the best in others. He’s always been a multi-sport athlete, playing football, baseball, track and field, swimming, golf, and more. Chris has also participated in multiple triathlons, 5K and 10K races, and obstacle course events.

    Chris came to CrossFit after working as a health coach and RN for more than 20 years. “Becoming a CrossFit trainer was only natural,” he says. “I was led to CrossFit 7oo37 by witnessing dramatic changes in a relative’s physique and endurance level, and now I’m hooked for life!”

  • Colby Capdeville

    Trainer

    Trainer Colby says no matter what an athletes’ goal, pairing functional movements with CrossFit’s programming has proven to  maximize anyone’s fitness and performance.  He enjoys helping athletes live an active lifestyle and help them reach their goals.
